Returns Policy
*Covid-19 Exclusion to Standard Conditions of Sale and Return:
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are unable to accept returns of VTi, Visual Temperature Indicators, unless specified in the Standard Conditions of Sale and Return below. This exclusion has been imposed on VTi Limited by the manufacturer due to the spread of infection and associated risks. We make clear and self-explanatory note of this condition on the product pages affected by the condition. You will see text detailing ‘(Please note no returns unless specified)’, with a link to this returns policy contained within the text ‘…no returns’. This condition applies to both unopened as well as opened packaging, or boxes. We therefore consider, along with live chat, contact us form and telephone availability, we have made every effort practicable to inform ‘All Sales are Final’ before purchase. We apologise for this exceptional Covid-19 condition, and trust you understand. We ask you refrain from placing orders should you not accept these terms and exclusion to standard returns policy as no refunds will be issued, thank you.
Standard Conditions of Sale and Return
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being despatched. If the goods have been despatched you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt on goods valued £42 or over. Please email your request to us at sales@vti.care advising your reason for cancelation, please note that the original packaging must show no signs of being opened.
If the VTi delivery is opened and the product is defected then please provide photographic evidence to sales@vti.care quoting your purchase order. If the product has a genuine defect a replacement order will be shipped at no additional cost to the purchaser.
The cost of delivery, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by you and the goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. There may also be a variable re-stocking charge. If the goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, VTi Limited reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to re-deliver the goods will incur a further delivery charge which will be payable in advance by the customer.
All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by email only. If you wish to cancel or return goods please email our sales support using sales@vti.care – in all communications you must quote our delivery note and/or invoice reference in order for us to identify you and the products to be cancelled or returned.
